William Scharninghausen brings over 25 years of senior financial experience in the technology industry. He has a successful track record of achievement working for both public and private companies devising policies for strategic international financial issues. Prior to joining Ace Metrix, Bill was the CFO for Obopay, a leading mobile banking and payment provider. Prior to Obapay, Bill was the CFO for Global IP Solutions, a Swedish company headquartered in San Francisco. He managed the group’s financial and accounting operations in San Francisco, Boston, Stockholm, Hong Kong and Seoul. He was instrumental in raising $18 million in share offerings and in 2008 he led the company’s listing on the Oslo Stock Market. The company was acquired by Google in July 2010. Prior to Global IP Solutions, Bill was CFO and Corporate Secretary for Teachscape, a privately held, venture-backed company providing technology-enabled professional development services. He has also held CFO positions with Vialta, Inc. and Diva Systems Corporation. Mr. Scharninghausen graduated with honors with a degree in Business Administration in Finance from the California Polytechnic State University.

As Chief Technology Officer for Ace Metrix, William Parducci is responsible for product architecture, design, development and engineering. His role as Chief Product Officer expands these responsibilities on the consumer side to work with Sales, Client Services, and clients to identify product opportunities, market changes, and develop a competitive product roadmap. Before joining Ace Metrix, William served as CTO for Passenger, an industry leading provider of customer collaboration software and services, where he led the development and implementation of its second generation SaaS platform and oversaw the migration to a geographically dispersed service-based architecture. Prior to Passenger, William co-founded Mergere, Inc., a provider of an enterprise software development platform and became vice president of IT and client technical services for Simula Labs, Inc. upon Mergere’s acquisition by Simula. During his tenure, William managed field services, support, and IT operations groups for Simula and its portfolio companies. Prior to Mergere, William co-founded Overxeer, Inc., a pioneer in building access control policy engines based upon the Oasis XACML. Overxeer’s technology was subsequently acquired by Gluecode, Inc. and he served as Gluecode’s standards liaison to Oasis, in addition to serving as co-chair of the XACML Technical Committee. Earlier in his career, William spent fourteen years as a consultant to Fortune 500 companies including Toyota, Toshiba, and Arco and many more. William received his B.S. in Biochemistry from the University of California at Davis and his M.B.A. from the University of Southern California.
