Ace Metrix™, the leader in on-demand television advertising intelligence, today announced that Greg Drew has joined its Board of Directors as an independent director. Drew, currently the chief executive and president of SmartDrive Systems, Inc., joins current Ace Metrix™ board members Steve Goldman, co-founder and CEO of Ace Metrix™, JuYoung Lee, Ph.D., co-founder and chief scientist of Ace Metrix™, Ann Winblad, co-founder and general partner of Hummer Winblad Venture Partners and Jim Gauer, managing director of Palomar Ventures.

Prior to his appointment at SmartDrive Systems, Inc., a leader in fleet safety and operational efficiency, Drew was president and CEO of WebTrends since 2003, where he led the company to become a premier provider of enterprise web analytics. Drew also served as founder, chairman and CEO of the technology retailer 800 Electronics, and has held leadership positions at Hewlett-Packard, Central Point Software, Clientele Software and NOW Software/Qualcomm. Greg is a founding board member of the Web Analytics Association and past chairman of the Software Association of Oregon. He is a graduate of Fairleigh Dickenson University, with a BS in business management.
