From the Croisette in Cannes, we are celebrating the world’s best creative this week among 10,000 of our peers and young lions. Meanwhile, the folks at home are keeping an eye on the latest breaking ads to determine any upsets in the impending Ad of the Quarter list. We’ll announce which ads outscored the competition among the 1,000+ to debut in the last three months. There are many paths to greatness and a variety of objectives attempted through video ads, but these 30 or so gems are those that shined brightly through multiple persuasion components.
The Top Ads of the Quarter are those ads that outperformed the category competitive set by the largest gap in terms of its Ace Score. All ads within categories that had at least 20 unique pieces of creative over the past 12 months, and at least 10 in the quarter, are considered for the award. Thirty categories qualified, so far…we’re still scoring those ads that debuted just yesterday. Meaning there will be 30 brand teams celebrating next week, and a little over 1,000 brands wondering where their piece stood. Just call us. We can tell you.
